AC Milan forward Krzysztof Piatek is not a target for Aston Villa during this month’s transfer window, according to The Daily Telegraph reporter John Percy.Sky in Italy had claimed that the 24-year-old was being considered by Villa, who have lost Wesley for the remainder of the season with a knee problem.However, Percy has insisted that the striker is not a target for Dean Smith’s side.
Piatek enjoyed a stunning first half of the 2018/19 campaign, scoring 19 goals in 21 appearances for Genoa to earn a move to Milan.
The Poland international has found it difficult to show his best form for the San Siro giants this term, though, finding the back of the net on just four occasions in 18 Serie A appearances.

Newcastle United have also been linked with Piatek, whilst another report has suggested that Tottenham Hotspur are in the race.
However, despite the speculation surrounding Villa, Smith’s side are not in the argument, according to Percy, whose post on social media can be seen below:
